Shipping Policy

Below you'll find important details about how we handle shipping for both domestic and international orders.

 

Processing Time

All ready-to-ship items are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays).

For made-to-order items please note that processing time does not include the time required to handcraft your item. The estimated production time typically ranges from 1 to 3 weeks, depending on item complexity and order volume.

A shipping confirmation with tracking will be emailed once your order has shipped.

 

Customs & Duties: International customers are responsible for any applicable import taxes or customs fees.

 

Order Tracking

All orders include tracking. You’ll receive your tracking number via email once your package is on its way. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates.

 

Shipping Delays

Please be aware that Canada Post’s estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to weather, customs processing, or seasonal demand. For help with delayed packages, contact us at winter.tree.design@gmail.com

 

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us as soon as possible. We will help you resolve the issue and, where applicable, assist with Canada Post claims.
