SIZING INFORMATION:
this pattern is ONE SIZE PATTERN, which means you will need to adjust it to your measurements
my sweater is S/M size, and I will include a number of stitches and rows just for a reference
there are 4 pieces of the sweater: front, back, and 2 sleeves. Which are sewn in the end + making the small neck at the very end
guage: 10x10cm = 12 stitches x 7.5 rows
STITCHES USED:
chain = CH
stitch = ST
single crochet = SC
double crochet = DC
half double crochet = HDC
back loop = BL
slip stitch = SS
PATTERN:
BODY: FRONT and BACK PANEL
5 CH + 1 CH (which doesn’t count as a stitch), turn your work
make 5 SC (1 in each CH) + 1 CH (which doesn’t count as a stitch), turn your work
5 SC in BL (1 SC in each BL ST) + 1 CH (which doesn’t count as a stitch)
Repeat the process until you have enough rows depending on your measure from one side of your torso to another side.
My sweater has in total 61 rows.
Decide which side of the body will be outer part (I like when a V shape is outside)

ROW 1: 1 HDC in every stitch until the end (my front part of the sweater has in total 60 HDC), turn the work
ROW 2: 2 CH (which doesn’t count as a stitch) + 1 DC in first ST, continue with 1 DC in every ST until the end, turn the work
ROW 3: 2 CH (which doesn’t count as a stitch) + 1 DC in first ST, continue with 1 DC in every ST until the end, turn the work
(make many rows depending on your measurements, my sweater has in total 34 rows
for the back part repeat the same steps as for the front part
SLEEVES:
5 CH + 1 CH (which doesn’t count as a stitch), turn your work
make 5 SC (1 in each CH) + 1 CH (which doesn’t count as a stitch), turn your work
5 SC in BL (1 SC in each BL ST) + 1 CH (which doesn’t count as a stitch), turn your work
Repeat the process until you have enough rows depending on your JOINT measure
ROW 1: 1 HDC in every stitch until the end (my sleeve has in total 37 HDC), turn the work
ROW 2: 2 CH (which doesn’t count as a stitch) + 1 DC in first ST, continue with 1 DC in every ST until the end, turn your work
ROW 3: here are added more stitches - 2 CH (which doesn’t count as a stitch) + make 1 DC in first ST + 1 more DC in the same ST, continue with 1 DC in every ST until the half of the row (HALF OF YOUR SLEEVE IS depending on your measurements), than add 2 DC in the same stitch, continue with 1 DC in every ST until the end of the row and finish the row with 2 DC in the same last ST. Turn your work.
my row has in total 40 DC ST - I put 2 DC in the first ST, 2 DC in the 18th ST, 2 DC in the last one
ROW 4: 2 CH (which doesn’t count as a stitch) + 1 DC in the first ST, continue with 1 DC in every ST until the end
(make many rows depending on your measurements, my sleeve has in total 37 rows)
For the other sleeve repeat the same steps as for the first one
When you are done with front and back panels, and both sleeves, than sew all the parts. Make sure that you leave enough room for your armpit hole and head.
make sure you check which side is outer part of every part before you sew them
now that you are almost done, finish the neck line with one row of SC and the last row with SS - my neck line has row of 82 SC and the last row has 82 SS
How it looks when is done!
Happy Crocheting!
Ivona
